The Sweet Spot

A Belle Candy Christmas

Belle Candy ChristmasThe Christmas season is my favorite time of year to decorate!  Sparkling lights, colorful decorations, sweet treats and candylicious gingerbread houses fill my home during the holidays!  I didn’t have time to do a video tour, but I wanted to share what Christmas looks like at my house with some photos of my tree and my Candyland Christmas village!  The theme for my Belle Candy Christmas tree and village was sweet confections, of course!

Belle Candy Christmas Tree 01I have a couple different trees, but my absolute favorite is
my confection-themed Christmas tree!
This white feather tree is from Pier1 Imports and has large pearls on the tips
of each branch.  It’s about 4.5 feet tall and has a very sturdy base.

candy-sprinkled cupcakes & ice cream cone ornaments fill my feathery tree!

& ice cream cones to tiny glass candy jars and cake stands.

making them magically twinkle under the Christmas lights!

You can find these ornaments from all different places.  Craft stores, department stores and specialty Christmas stores are the main places I’ve found mine.Belle Candy Christmas Tree 10Belle Candy Christmas Tree 11What’s the perfect topper to a feather Christmas tree?
A sparkly Swan Queen adorned with a royal crown of course!

Perched atop my snowy white feather tree, she watches over all the confections. I found her at Pier1 Imports as well.

You can buy stuffing to use as fake snow from most craft stores, especially around the holidays.  It’s so easy shape and helps hold all you precious decorations in place!Belle Candyland Christmas Village 06This adorable ice cream cone house has a dripping ice cream roof top!

PLEASE recommend a couple of places to buy those gingerbread houses! They are so cute but SO hard to find! Plus I ABSOLUTELY love your style! Please… And thankyou!

Hi Khole! I agree! Really nice gingerbread houses are hard to find and can get really pricey! I like to browse Christmas stores that pop up around the holidays. That’s where I’ve found most of mine. Also I recently discovered that QVC online sells them. They have a few listed now and they get more closer to Christmas so check their site throughout the holidays. Since they are usually handmade with clay, be sure to really inspect them to make sure nothing has broken off anywhere during shipment. Good luck!! xoxo
