Urban Decay came out with these super pigmented chubby lip pencils that glide on like a lipstick and shine like a lip gloss, giving you the most luxurious and glossy lip colors!  I didn’t previously own any Urban Decay lip products, but these peeked my interest and I picked a couple of these babies up a few months ago and really liked them so I decided to get a few more to review.

There are currently a total of 7 shades in the collection, all of which I own, except for “Apocalypse”, a deep plum color that I passed on.  Out of the 7 shades, 2 are glittery and WOW, do they sparkle!

Pros:
The non-sticky formula is super pigmented and you get rich color payoff without having to reapply many times.  I love how sparkly the glittery hues are in the collection and they never feel gritty on your lips as with some products containing glitter.  It’s also very convenient that the barrels are color-matched to each shade so you can easily see and find the color you want.  Also, an important factor for me is that they do not contain mineral oil or paraffin but they do contain nourishing plant-derived ingredients leaving your lips very moisturized!  The colors are long-lasting and can also be applied lightly and blotted for more of a lip stain effect.

Cons:
You need a large pencil sharpener as the tips do get dull, making it hard to apply defined lines.  Also, at $19 each, the price tag is a bit high.

Overall, I really do like these, even with the higher price tag and the product should last you a while since you need very little to get rich color pay off.
